- You will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link to accept the invitation (as shown in the example image).
- The email will include a message with your assigned sub-domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.kaia.team) and an “Accept Invitation” button.
- Accepting the Invitation:
- Click the “Accept Invitation” button in the email. This will redirect you to the Kaia’s Team platform.
- You will be prompted to set up your account by creating a password and confirming it.
- Password Setup:
- On the account setup page, enter and confirm your password.
- After confirming your password, your account will be created, and you’ll have immediate access to the platform.
- Logging into the Platform:
- Once the password is set, log in using your email and new password on your company’s sub-domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.kaia.team).
- You’ll now have full access to the features of Kaia’s Team based on your assigned role (administrator or user).
